Great tool. However it appeared to generate some invalid SQL when exporting data to SQL Server with identity columns: "ALTER TABLE [MyTable] ALTER COLUMN [MyID] IDENTITY (1,1)" instead I had to use: "DBCC CHECKIDENT (MyTable, RESEED) WITH NO_INFOMSGS " for each of the processed tables

I just used the ExportSqlCe.exe tool from the command line. It worked like a charm. Thanks to thanks a lot for this Erik and Chris.
